These Terms govern your use of DriveTheory Pro. By creating an account or subscribing to our service, you agree to them. DriveTheory Pro provides digital study tools to support preparation for the UK driving theory test. We are not affiliated with the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) or any government body.

Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity carried out under your account. We may suspend or close accounts where these Terms are breached or the service is misused.

Subscriptions

Premium is available on a monthly subscription basis at £2.99 per month. Subscriptions renew each month unless cancelled by the user before the next billing date. By subscribing, you authorise recurring monthly billing. All payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record and handles billing, tax, and payment compliance.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through Premium settings or by contacting support@drivetheorypro.com. If you cancel, you will continue to have Premium access until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after that.

Use of the service

The platform is provided for personal, non commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, or attempt to extract content from the platform without permission.

Results disclaimer

DriveTheory Pro is designed to help aid and support revision and preparation for your upcoming driving theory test, with individuals results depend on their own preparation and performance.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
