Refund Eligibility

DriveTheory Pro is a digital subscription service. Access to Premium features begins immediately after successful payment. Because the service is delivered digitally and available straight away, subscription payments are generally non refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by UK consumer law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, including within the 14 day cooling off period where applicable, please contact support@drivetheorypro.com with your account email and purchase details. Refund requests are reviewed fairly and in line with consumer protection regulations. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and returned to your original payment method. Cancelling your subscription prevents future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period.
